• Initial site visit and measurements of site are conducted
• Initial drafting after working on conceptual design (Plans, Elevations, 3D Sketches)
• Preparation of layout (2 optional layouts)
• Second meeting with set of drawings for approval of layout (if changes to be made)

Procure

• Final meeting will be held with the final layout approved by client along with interim bill as professional fees for stage 1 work done from our side

• Preparation of B.O.Q with detailed specification
• Submission of final quotation with detailed time & payment schedules based on following scope of work
  • Civil work, plumbing
  • Electrical
  • False Ceiling
  • AC, fire alarm
  • Modular furniture or carpentry wood work
  • Light fixtures, blinds, painting, wallpaper
  • CCTV, access control, carpets, POP, wooden flooring, chairs, etc.

Analyse

• Approved final set of drawings/layouts for premises shall be provided.

• Necessary site visit with coordination of contractor & vendor as per given schedule

Stage-2

Execute

• Supervision on site for checking the execution as per given drawings/layouts to the contractor
• Material quality checking
• Selection of materials, colours, light fixtures, artwork, accessories, wall covering, flooring, laminates, etc.
• Maintaining the bar schedule for progress of work along with less wastage of materials on site & keeping site clean.
• Any sudden changes made on site by designers will be brought to notice immediately
• Keeping record of extra work
• Handover project to client in time
